Home made mint sauce
4 tbsp Finely chopped mint
3 tbsp Boiling water
3 tsp Caster Sugar
3 tbsp Vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 - Stir mint into boiling water. Add sugar and salt.
2 - Leave until cold.
3 - Add vinegar and mix well.
