Maitre d' Hotel Butter - Serves 4

Same principle as all buttters. Can use this for fish and meat.

50g Butter
1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
2 tsp Lemon juice
Shake of pepper

1 - Cream butter until soft.

2 - Gradually beat in parsley, lemon juice and pepper.

3 - Chill until served.
