Pork Sausage Stuffing

For chicken, turkey, veal and beef.

250g Pork Sausage Meat
100g Fresh White Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Finely Chopped Parsley
3 tbsp Milk

1 - Put all ingredients into a bowl.

2 - Knead well together
