Chive Butter - Serves 4

Ideally use this butter for steaks and chicken. Very simple and quick to do.

50g Butter
2 tsp Finely chopped chives
1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 - Cream butter until soft.

2 - Gradually beat in chives and lemon juice.

3 - Chill.
