Lemon Butter - Serves 4

Savoury butters are highly - seasoned butters which add piquancy and flavour to grilled or fried meat and fish.

50g Butter
1 tsp Finely grated lemon rind
1 tsp Lemon juice

1 - Cream butter until soft.

2 - Gradually beat in lemon rind and juice.

3 - Finally, chill until served.
