Mint butter
125 g
butter
1 tbsp
fresh mint, chopped
1 - Stir the butter quickly with a wooden spoon to soften it. Season with flavouring and mix thoroughly.
2 - Shape the butter on a piece of foil into a roll, wrap it and freeze it.
3 - Use within 2 weeks.
