Simple Garlic Butter

50g Butter
2 Garlic Cloves

1 - Peel garlic cloves and boil in a little water for about 5 minutes.

2 - Drain and chop very finely.

3 - Cream butter until soft.

4 - Gradually beat in garlic.

5 - Chill until needed.
